While FlexiAdmin Solutions strives to offer high-quality and reliable assistance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or success of any services provided.

For visa assistance services, please note that we cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform the requested services. Any delays in providing necessary information may impact the timeline and outcome of services. Additionally:

• Clients must maintain access to all accounts and materials related to requested services.
• Clients are expected to review all work provided and inform us of any necessary adjustments within agreed time frames.

Payment Terms

All payments for services are required upfront as  unless otherwise arranged. FlexiAdmin Solutions accepts payments via credit card, bank transfer or paypal.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once services commence, except in cases where services are not rendered due to our inability to fulfill the request.
• Additional Costs: Any third-party costs (e.g., plugins, software, paid tools, additional resources) will be communicated to the client and are not covered in our standard fees. These costs must be approved by and paid for by the client.

Use of Third-Party Plugins and Tools

For certain services, FlexiAdmin Solutions may recommend or use third-party plugins, applications, or tools to extend functionality. Clients acknowledge that:

• Additional Fees: These tools may come with additional fees, which will be the client’s responsibility.
• No Endorsement or Warranty: FlexiAdmin Solutions does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any third-party plugins, tools, or software used. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

FlexiAdmin Solutions is committed to maintaining client confidentiality. All client information provided will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services.
