Our Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and fairness, detailing conditions for service refunds, cancellations, and eligibility requirements for a seamless experience

At FlexiAdmin Solutions, we value transparency and aim to ensure our clients are fully informed about our Refund and Cancellation policies. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully and contact us with any questions.


 

Service Quality Issues

In cases where there may be a service quality issue, we are committed to addressing and rectifying the concern. Any deficiency in service will be reviewed and if necessary, we will rework the task to meet your expectations. Refunds for service-related issues will be provided as additional service hours, aligned with the chosen plan.

  • Clients must notify the Refunds Team at refunds@flexiadminsolutions.com within 48 hrs of receiving the completed task. If notification is not received within this time frame, it will be assumed that service quality is satisfactory and no refund can be requested after the given time.
  • FlexiAdmin Solutions reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refunds or adjustments and all such decisions are binding.
  • All tasks and projects are undertaken on a best-effort basis.

 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, refunds will be considered as follows:

  • Cancellations made within 120 hrs from the sign-up date may be eligible for review. Beyond this period, cancellations will not be refunded. 
  • Any hours not used within the given period are non-refundable, though they may roll over as allowed by the terms of your selected plan.

 

Limitations and Non-Liability

FlexiAdmin Solutions  are not liable for delays or issues resulting from:

  • Insufficient or delayed information provided by the client to complete the task.
  • Errors outside FlexiAdmin Solutions’ defined scope of work.
  • Failure by the client to follow required procedures or factors outside our control.

 

Billing Errors, Discounts, and Refunds

Any refunds due to billing discrepancies, discounts, or similar adjustments will be issued only to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued to a different payment method. For example, a Visa card used for payment will receive any eligible refund only to that Visa card.

 

Additional Refund Charges

Refund transactions may incur processing fees and exchange rate fluctuations, as these are subject to the payment gateway and banking intermediaries. FlexiAdmin Solutions cannot control or predict these charges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after a resolution is reached. Please be aware that receiving funds may take additional time, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
