Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in executing our clients’ sales and marketing initiatives. This position requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for digital marketing and sales support. The role is ideal for those who excel in lead generation, social media marketing, and campaign management. As part of our team, you’ll engage with clients directly, helping them streamline their marketing processes, generate new business leads, and reach their target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Hunter.io to identify and qualify leads that meet client criteria. Initiate outreach strategies and document findings for effective follow-up.

  • Social Media Management
    Develop, schedule, and analyze social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand presence.

  • Email Marketing Campaigns
    Assist with designing and launching email campaigns through Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, monitor open rates, clicks, and conversions, and provide performance insights.

  • CRM Management
    Use Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client sales pipelines, update contact records, and track interactions to ensure that all leads receive timely follow-ups.

  • Market Research & Data Analysis
    Conduct research on competitors and target markets using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports highlighting actionable insights for clients.

  • Content Creation Support
    Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, collaborating with designers using Canva and Google Docs to align messaging with client branding.

 


Key Qualifications

  • Experience:
    At least 2-3 years in a sales and marketing support role, preferably remote or in a virtual environment. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com is a plus.

  • Lead Generation Expertise:
    Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and other lead-gen tools to effectively build prospect lists and qualify leads.

  • Social Media Proficiency:
    Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and plan campaigns, using scheduling tools.

  • Email Marketing Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of email marketing principles and experience with platforms.

  • CRM Systems:
    Hands-on experience managing sales funnels and tracking client interactions in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

  • Analytical Skills:
    Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools, including SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel, to generate and interpret marketing insights.

  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent time management, task prioritization, and project coordination skills, with experience in organizing workflows on platforms like Asana or Trello.

  • Communication:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience using communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams for internal and client-facing communication.
